We are excited to announce we have added personal training to our Menu of Services. Sessions are available in blocks of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Our small studio offers an inviting environment to work on your personal fitness goals with a certified personal trainer.
We offer a range of individual practices for yoga and small private groups, along with meditation and breathing techniques, chakra balancing, and yoga for 12 Step Recovery. Letting go of judgement and competition against yourself and others, take a deep breath, set your intentions, and practice with us.
